Kei-Shaunia W.

Kei-Shaunia earned her BSN from Mercer University and is currently a NICU nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Her greatest passion as a NICU nurse is watching tiny babies grow stronger and thrive under her care. She finds immense joy and pride in seeing their progress over time and celebrating when they are finally able to go home. Kei-Shaunia loves being able to provide life-saving care to fragile newborns and takes great satisfaction in involving families in their baby's journey, especially by educating and emotionally supporting them through such a challenging time.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring new restaurants around Atlanta.

"I love being a night nurse because it allows me to focus entirely on one baby. It’s incredibly rewarding when parents tell me they were able to rest throughout the night knowing I was there. I also appreciate the quieter environment, which allows for more autonomy and independence in the care I provide."
