Zen is a NICU nurse currently working at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She graduated with her BSN from Georgia Southern University in 2023. Zen finds great joy in supporting families through the quiet, tender moments of nighttime care, whether it's helping with sleep routines, soothing feedings, or simply offering comfort.

When she’s not caring for little ones, Zen enjoys coloring, solving puzzles, and traveling, which keep her energized and inspired. She is deeply committed not only to the babies she cares for but also to forming meaningful connections with their families.
